Our process
Just a few simple steps.
Enter your pickup details, vehicle information, existing service appointment, destination, date and time.
An authorized KeyDrop Ontario driver arrives at the agreed pickup location and receives your vehicle and keys with your authorization.
Your own vehicle is driven directly to your pre-arranged dealership, mechanic or automotive service centre.
If you chose round-trip delivery, we return the vehicle to you once the service is complete.
Delivered to Your Appointment: The vehicle is delivered to the service location you selected in your booking.
